Сегодня, 21 августа 2019 года, в рамках работы Общественной приемной Общественного движения «Донецкая Республика», Первый заместитель Министра юстиции Яков Ходос провел прием граждан в пгт. Старобешево.
На прием обратились 11 жителей с вопросами, касающимися получения повторных документов, вступления в наследство, а также работы отделов записи актов гражданского состояния. По вопросам, не входящим в компетенцию Министерства юстиции, гражданам были предоставлены разъяснения и рекомендации по обращению в соответствующие уполномоченные органы.
Выездные приемы граждан проводятся органами юстиции в рамках плана по снятию социальной напряженности во всех городах и районах Донецкой Народной Республики и направлены на решение задач обеспечения защиты и охраны прав и свобод человека и гражданина в Республике.

On the 21st of 2August 2019 within the work of the Public waiting room of the Public movement “Donetsk Republic’. The first deputy of the Minister of Justice conducted the reception of the citizens of the borough of Starobeshevo.
During the reception 11 citizens applied with the questions related to the getting of the duplicated documents, the entering upon the inheritance as well as the work of the sectors of civil state acts registration. As for the questions beyond the competence of the ministry of Justice the citizens were given the consultation and recommendation on applying to the definite organs.
Visiting receptions of the citizens are conducted by the organs of justice within the plan of cancelling the social tension in all the cities and regions of Donetsk People’s Republic and directed to the solving of the tasks to provide the protection of rights and freedoms of a man and a citizen of the Republic.
